phsweete Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the phsweete platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through phsweete.club. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on phsweete, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

1.2 phsweete reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the phsweete platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the phsweete Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms that may apply to individual offers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

1.4 phsweete operates under PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. These Terms are designed to comply with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection law.

2.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account on phsweete, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a phsweete employee;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phsweete or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform;
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or court order.

2.2 phsweete conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted identification documents include Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, and PhilSys National ID.

2.3 phsweete reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

2.4 If phsweete determines at any time that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section, your account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and any winnings derived from ineligible play may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

3.1 Each individual may register only one (1) account on phsweete. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration and for keeping your account information up to date. phsweete is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phsweete account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phsweete will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 You must notify phsweete immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.

3.5 phsweete accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4.1 phsweete accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your phsweete account dashboard and are subject to change.

4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. phsweete does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

4.3 Withdrawals will be processed only to a verified payment method registered in your phsweete account. phsweete targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

4.4 phsweete does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phsweete accepts no responsibility.

4.5 phsweete reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, where required by anti-money laundering obligations or PAGCOR regulations. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of such checks.

5.1 phsweete offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the required number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

5.3 phsweete reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and subject to active wagering will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

5.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. phsweete reserves the right to withhold bonus credits or winnings from players who, in phsweete's reasonable determination, are exploiting bonus structures, engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value, or otherwise abusing the spirit of promotional offers.

5.5 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6.1 All games available on phsweete are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the game server result, the server result shall be the definitive record.

6.2 phsweete uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers under real-time monitoring. phsweete does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, phsweete will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at phsweete's discretion.

6.4 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with phsweete games is strictly prohibited. phsweete employs monitoring systems to detect non-human gameplay patterns and will suspend accounts found to be in violation.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phsweete platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with phsweete software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phsweete staff or other players;
• Engaging in any conduct that phsweete reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

8.1 phsweete is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your phsweete account settings.

8.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted through phsweete will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access your phsweete account, and phsweete will take reasonable steps to prevent you from creating a new account. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

8.4 phsweete complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and cooperates with PAGCOR's player protection programs. Players who have been identified as problem gamblers by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body will be excluded from the phsweete platform.

9.1 All content on the phsweete platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design — is the property of phsweete or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phsweete platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phsweete content.

9.3 The phsweete name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phsweete. You may not use these marks without prior written consent from phsweete.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phsweete's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phsweete account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 phsweete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the phsweete platform.

10.3 phsweete does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phsweete will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits phsweete's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11.1 phsweete collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the phsweete Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

11.2 By registering on phsweete, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to phsweete's legal retention obligations.

11.3 phsweete will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or these Terms.

12.1 phsweete reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if phsweete reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.

12.2 You may close your phsweete account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.3 phsweete reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. phsweete will notify you of any such withholding and the reason for it, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 If you have a dispute with phsweete, you should first contact our support team at [email protected]. phsweete will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within fourteen (14) business days of receiving your complaint.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

13.4 Disputes relating to phsweete's compliance with PAGCOR regulations may also be referred to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

14.1 phsweete reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the phsweete platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

14.2 The current version of these Terms is always available at phsweete.club/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.

14.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the phsweete platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
